Description

This is a 2 1/2″ wide belt buckle that is an exact reproduction of the buckle worn by the crew of the Enterprise, and other members of Starfleet, on the belts around their Maroon Jackets in the 2nd-7th classic Star Trek movies. This is the gold tone style, and is designed to be worn as a costume display on the belt around the jacket and not actually as a belt buckle to hold your pants up (which wasn’t the purpose of the ones seen in the movies) as the belt pin cannot handle extreeme stress. Originally produced by Lincoln Enterprises, Majel Barrett Rodenberry’s company (Nurse Chappell and Gene’s widow) several years ago, this has had limited release and is not easily found outside of Star Trek conventions and fantasy shops. It has been stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
