This is a 4 1/2″ x 3″ mint, unused embroidered patch, now out of production, which features the smiling figure of Sebastian from the classic Disney animated film The Little Mermaid. It has a glue backing for easy application to hats, shirts, jackets and bags and is stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
