Description

This is a new, unused, Victorian vampire/steampunk style set of convertible white collar and wrist cuffs for use in Cosplay Vampire, Goth or SteamPunk. There is also a small white bat skull that attaches at the throat between the collar sides. It is sealed in its original packaging and stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
