Description

This is a new, unused, Victorian style choker necklace with a 1 3/4″ wide circular clock gears for use in Cosplay or SteamPunk. It is metal in antique black color with a 13″ black velvet choker connected by a 6″ black chain for adjustment. It is sealed in its original illustrated packaging and stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
