Now you can own a patch like the one seen in the movie `2010′, the sequel to `2001: A space Odyssey’ (so named because that is when the new millennium REALLY started). This is the logo of the joint U.S. and Soviet mission to the ill-fated Discovery spaceship, which features both the Soviet and United States flags behind the planet Jupiter and the names of the members of the mission along the sides. It measures 4.5″ across and is a mint, unused patch. It has a glue backing for easy application to hats, shirts, jackets and bags and is stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
