This is a Victorian style womens gothic rose top hat, perfect for costuming, especially for the popular steampunk genre. Victorian ladies can be fetching, yet frightening, in a top hat style complete with lovely rose detail. It has a gathered satin band and roses, lace overlay on crown, spiderweb veil in back with fabric lining and velvet. This is a new, unused hat for adults that fits size 57-60 cm heads (23 inches). It has been stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
